GAT Airline Ground Support is a leading aviation services company providing ground handling, passenger services, and operational support to airlines across the U.S.
The focus of this role was to support fast-paced operations through clear communication, organization, and administrative efficiency.
Our founder, Nina Gaddis-Dates, served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR team, while also acting as Director of Communications, supporting leadership across operations, people management, and internal and external communications.

Our goal was to make an impact by improving day-to-day operational flow through structured administrative support, strengthening communication across teams in high-pressure environments, and contributing to a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated operation
Additional responsibilities included supporting executive operations, coordinating internal communications, assisting with onboarding and HR documentation, maintaining confidential records, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, and ensuring leadership teams remained organized and informed in a high-demand environment. The role also required professionalism in handling sensitive information, responding to operational needs in real time, and strengthening communication between departments to support overall business efficiency.
Through strategic communication, administrative leadership, and operational support, we contributed to creating a more streamlined and collaborative workplace culture. Her work reflected a commitment to professionalism, organization, and service excellence while supporting both employees and executive leadership within a fast-moving aviation environment.
